Phobia Dictionary Description

Fears and phobias can really restrict what you want to do and stop you living the life you want.

You'll be pleased to know that these fears are always irrational (although they seem very real at the time!) and are a natural response from your brain when it believes you are in danger. Whether it is a phobia resulting from a traumatic event or something that has built up over the years, hypnotherapy can alter the way your brain naturally operates using a specific therapy called Rewind/Reframe.  This enables your brain to replace the negative memory of the event with a positive one which the brain will then refer to when the situation arises again giving you control back in your life.
